9/11 'Wake-up Call'

Americans nationwide marked the 10th anniversary of the September 11 attacks this past weekend with public prayer gatherings and memorial services. It was a time to solemnly reflect on the most tragic public event of our lifetime.

To commemorate the 9/11 anniversary, we recently released the digital book version of The Harbinger, which pairs prophecy with current events.

Written by Jonathan Cahn, president of Hope of the World ministries and senior pastor and Messianic rabbi of the Jerusalem Center/Beth Israel in Wayne, N.J., The Harbinger paints a fictional narrative of the downfall of present-day America that mirrors the demise of ancient Israel foretold in an Old Testament passage.

Published by our Charisma House book imprint, The Harbinger is a prophetic message that I believe is a wake-up call concerning America, the world and the future. The book is presented in a unique format that combines true biblical prophecy with real historical fact.

The message behind The Harbinger initially came from a sermon Cahn delivered to his congregation based on Is. 9 that uncannily paralleled real-life events.

It's one of the most fascinating and thought-provoking books I've read in a while, and I believe that you'll also find it intriguing.

A paperback edition of the book will follow Jan. 3, 2012, but you can get the e-book version for your Amazon Kindle by clicking here or for your Barnes & Noble's Nook by clicking here.

You can also click here for more information on The Harbinger and here to read chapter 1.
