Hey there, Read paragraphs 7 & 8.......the reasons christians are fed up. The first reason given is ........people don't believe they are being told the "gospel truth" by their pastors. Well, most independent, charismatic, word of faith pastors have very little education on hermeneutics, Greek, and Hebrew, systematic theology, and think the old covenant is binding on the church today. Add to that the emphasis on being growth driven and money driven, with the service emphasis on the sermon the pastor spent half a day on Saturday preparing, as well as holding an unbiblical non-participatory service on Sunday......no wonder people are leaving in droves. New Covenant fellowship in the bible did not include people sitting in rows silently listening to a lecture by a pastor who is untouchable, and protected from the people by bodyguards. Smaller churches of 100 people or less are the best places to see the gifts in action.

Prophetically speaking, if God is not happy, things are not going to work right until He is. Maybe we should consider some corporate prayer time to see how He responds and what He says. Pastors without the vision of God are going to have to work real hard to keep it together.

Pastors seem to be having a tough time. Hmmm? Today's “Pastor/leader,” is this a “Title” or "position" in the scriptures? Pastors, in pulpits, preaching, to people in pews. Is that in the Bible? In the Bible, How many people... have the title pastor? In the Bible, How many people are... referred to as pastor? In the Bible, How many people are... ordained as a pastor? In the Bible, How many congregations are... led by a pastor? Jer. 50:6 My people have been lost sheep, their "shepherds have caused them to go astray.
