1st, let me say, we do live in America and therefore, we have freedowm of speech-that is the only thing the above comments will be agreed upon by me.Seek to understand before trying to be understood is a phrase that many could learn from.To comment in such a harsh way about something you no so little of is simply ignorant(meaning-you do not have the knowledge of)Pastor Matt Woodfill is one of the most genuine people and pastors you will find anywhere. His heart is for souls and for helping the needs of others.Every event TWCC holds is based on the salvation of souls.Desperado is definitely not a charateristic of Pastor Matt, except when it comes to souls. THat was the mission of Easter Sunday and it was well accomplished. This church is the real deal-1 in a million, and will continue to grow- mainly because of the love it shows to the "unlovely" people that most churches turn their nose to.Jesus was persecuted for eating with the sinners as well-so i would say we are in good company!

Unfortunately, many pastors behave like "desperados" when it comes to meeting quotas. The pressure they're in to fill up a building becomes more important than the word of God itself. I've seen it from behind the curtains and it's sad to see how wordly our churches have become. Jesus said "we are in this world, but we are not of this world."

I'd be interested to hear the results....not just Easter attendance, but of the lasting fruit in people's lives. On the flip side, if just one person's life is truly changed it is worth it.

:-x It is commendable that a pastor is using his head to draw people in to hear the Gospel of the Lord. However, It is illegal and always has been, except by special permit, to drop anything out of any aircraft. If the FAA or homeland Security got a hold of this, that pastor could be charged with all kinds felony charges. most pastors don't knowhow to preach the difference between Easter, originally, an ancient Babylonian holiday, and the Passover and Resurrection of Christ the Messiah, which takes place at the same time of year. The Babylonian Holiday of Nimrod and his wife Semiramas, and the morphing and mixing of a day named after Ishtar, gave us the name Easter. We should replace Easter all together, with Resurrection and never allow Easter to arise again.
