			<description><![CDATA[Good article, glad this leader was able to "find a friend" in the ministry. This is very hard to do, as so many in ministry have been betrayed by christian brothers in the ministry; have bad experiences with godly gossipers that only want to know your business and share the gossip about others. It's hard to find someone you can be open with, and can trust. So many leaders (pastors) choose to be on that island and when other pastors reach out to them, they reject the godly friendship for whatever reason. I've been on both sides, reaching out and my friendship rejected; befriended by gossip-pasters that I had to cut loose, and reaching out to those in other cultures that got jealous of what God was doing in our ministry and church. So I just stick to myself most of the time and the lonliness prevails.]]></description>
