Having worked as a freelance graphic designer more than twenty years now, and having designed literally hundreds of logos for churches during that time, I know and can attest to what you are saying Mr. Abare! Years ago I developed a solution to the multi-designs dilemma, but from a slightly different motivational angle… the wallet! In addition to the multi-design option, I offer my clients another option as well which I call the "a la carte" option (a single design based on their specifications). 99% of my clients are small to medium sized churches that “want a custom designed logo, but don't have much money”. Okay, rather than buying five designs, why don't I instead create one design at a time and present it to you. If you like the first one, you don't need the other four". What a hit! Pastors love this approach! 99% of the logo orders I get from churches are "a la carte", and 9 out of 10 times, they pick the first design I create. Why buy 4 designs you will not be using?
