I vistied a local church this week that has a tuesday night service. I had not been there in some time, and just felt the need to feed on God's word. When I got there, I found that there were 7 pastors from other small churchs present. I thought, "Wow, this is going to be good." And it was. I was the only one there, that preaches as a layman. That night the pastor, ask me to bring a message. God used me, a simple layman, just seeking to feed on His word, to feed these men of God. It was after this service, I realized that pastors and teachers also need to be feed. They also need to be encouraged. They also need to know someone is there praying for them. Just like the rest of us, that's walking around in this flesh suit, they have needs. As I grow, and oneday soon, becomed an ordained minister myself, I hope to never forget that one night, that God used me to feed his shepards.
