			<description><![CDATA[having a tight worship team does matter to God. this is because the worship team is entrusted with the job of leading the people into the presence of God. picture a worship team trying to sing a song that they do not know the words to.............. skill is important, but more important is purity in worship. I believe this is what god terms as tight, a pure praise. Not tainted by pride or personal ambition. this is what I long to see in our churches, I believe this is what God calls tight.]]></description>
